domestic Shipping
 

All packages are shipped via U.S.P.S either first-class or priority depending on how large the order is. Please allow 2-5 days to process each order, once shipped each package will have a different travel time based on distance from our shipping facility. A tracking number is automatically sent out for customers within the USA,

International Shipping

International orders are not tracked and can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Once the package is dropped off at the post office it is no longer able to be tracked by us. We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for concerns and use the USPS tracking number for reference when inquiring about your package. We can not change the address of a package once the order is submitted, please double check everything before you check out. International orders must have a full address in English, the post office will not accept otherwise. The cost of shipping is determined by how much the order ways, general shipping for most items start at $6.00 and goes up from there. We do our best to keep everything as low as possible but we have to cover the full cost of shipping and handling.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales on our website are final sale, being a really small company we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time unless something is damaged or our fault. If you receive a damaged good or the wrong item or size from us feel free to email us and we will take care of it. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item you can find it in our size chart, or feel free to ask us via email. Do not send back the items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval code to return them.
